This consent extends to the processing of such data for legitimate purposes related to the services provided by the SACCO, and acknowledges that my data may be processed in compliance with any applicable subsidiary legislation and regulatory guidelines. I understand that my data will be handled with due care and in full respect of my privacy rights as outlined in the aforementioned legislation.
